Spa/ Retail Manager- Pretty & Pink

2014 - present

I was in charge of the daily management of the spa, from bookings, to parties, to staff and retail. Not only did I have daily operational duties I was also in charge and trusted with creating special events and charity involvement. I made sure that our focus was on community involvement as well as branding. I worked with Emenece and 100% Pure products as well as a variety of other organic and holistic spa products.

2013 - 2014

I was in charge of the front desk as well as any issues that went on throughout the daily task. I was responsible for all operational activities through the day. Well being responsible for makeup application for bridal, prom and special event. I also over saw the bridal parties and group bookings making sure everything was booked and scheduled. I worked with Cinema Secrets, Guinot, Swiss Line and L'Oreal professional.
